Amazing...

In just about an hour from now (noon Central Time) Bush 41, George Herbert Walker Bush, plans to parachute from a plane...a perfectly good, air-worthly airplane. What makes this amazing is that he's doing it to celebrate his 80th birthday.

His first jump was involuntary. He had to jump for his life out of his airplane during WWII. Under those circumstances, I would have done the same. His second jump was five years ago, in celebration of his 75th birthday. And today is jump number 3. And all this after having a hip replace a couple of years ago.

I have nothing but admiration for attempting these last two jumps. I think he's absolutely nuts, but I have to admire him for doing it.

wow.....and doing it from a perfectly good airplane.
